What data we collect

• Name, email address, phone number and project description submitted via the contact form
• Content of correspondence sent by email

We also automatically collect data generated when using the website (via cookies — see below).

Data retention

We retain data from contact form submissions for up to 3 years from the date of last contact. Data in accounting documents is retained for the period required by law (7 years).

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We use the following authorised processors:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU data centre)
• Google LLC — Analytics, Ads (data transfer to USA covered by standard contractual clauses)
• Meta Platforms — advertising platform (data transfer to USA covered by standard contractual clauses)
• Vercel Inc. — web hosting
