Kulbert is an Estonian IT retail and wholesale company that represents such brands as Epson, Panasonic, Kyocera, HP, Canon, Samsung, Brother, Xerox, etc.
About the project
Since 2006, Kulbert has also been actively involved in the sale of everything else related to IT on a project basis. Its advantages are offering personalized services and finding solutions that meet the client’s needs and expectations.
Codenot helped Kulbert design a completely new user interface for the e-shop and automate processes by implementing the Directo business software interface. The interface allows implementing pricing logic for registered users and displays inventory on the web platform and sends orders to Directo.
The integration helps Kulbert’s e-shop focus more on customer service and business development with the necessary technical services that customers ask for.
